Lifetime Warranty. At Redcat®, we're committed to an outstanding customer experience. That's why we offer a lifetime warranty to the original owner against manufacturer's defects in materials and workmanship. If you experience an issue caused by a manufacturer's defect, we will repair or replace your Redcat® Eyewear at our discretion.
 

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, scratched or damaged lenses, damage from accidents, misuse, improper cleaning, unauthorized repair, or loss or theft.

30-Day Return Policy. We want you to love your Redcat® Eyewear. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your eyewear must be:

• Unused and in the same condition you received it
• In the original packaging with all tags and accessories
   

Please contact our Customer Support Team to initiate a return. Refunds are processed upon receipt and inspection of the returned item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
 

Care and Use: Store your Redcat® Eyewear in the provided microfiber pouch and padded case. To clean, use one or two drops of mild soap in lukewarm water, or an eyeglass cleaner designated for use with mirror or AR-coated lenses. Dry with the included microfiber cloth.
 

Avoid harsh cleaners, solvents, and paper products, which can damage lens coatings. Don't leave your eyewear in a hot car or in direct sun for extended periods, since heat can affect frame shape and lens coatings.

Like many of the world's top-tier sports and designer sunglasses, Redcat® Eyewear is designed and manufactured in Italy and carries the CE marking, meeting high safety, health, and environmental protection requirements. Our unique colored frames are hand-finished by the most skilled craftspeople.
